Dewallt 1370 radial arm saw

Hi guys need some help bought a Dewallt radial arm saw 1370. There was no rise and fall handle on it when I bought it so anybody got one for sale …the round dial with the nail would not move . Managed to release it took the screws out oiled inside put back and the nail will only move a little both ways buy the saw is not rising or lowering so need some help with that would anybody have any idea when these saws were made thanks any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you undone the clamp bolts at the rear of the column ?

Yes I have now I have released it waiting for a rise and fall handle thanks
