Fixing lean to shed ledger board

Further advice please:


The ledger board is around 5.5m long. How many fixings are recommended and what spacing/pattern. I presume alternating through top third then bottom third of the face as you go along the ledger?

Alternate one through top third of ledger board face then the next through bottom third and so on?

I think you be fine in doing it as you suggest. I would put one between each joist. So on 400/600 centres.
